TR is a polyester-viscose blend fabric, which is a blended yarn or fabric of more than 60% of Polyester blended with rayon (Rayon), usually used as a suit. Where T is Polyester polyester and R is Rayon rayon (viscose).

The characteristics of tr fabric: polyester/viscose blending ratio is 65/35 or 67/33. The blended fabric is characterized by smooth and smooth fabric, bright color, strong hair feel, good hand feeling elasticity, good moisture absorption.

(1) High strength, short fiber strength is 2.6~5.7Cn/dtex, high-strength fiber is 5.6~8.0Cn/dtex. Due to low hygroscopicity, its wet strength is almost the same as dry strength, impact strength ratio Nylon is 4 times higher and 20 times higher than viscose.

(2) The elasticity is good, the elasticity is close to the wool. When the elongation is 5%~6%, it can be almost completely recovered. The wrinkle resistance is higher than other fibers, that is, the fabric is not wrinkled, the dimensional stability is good, and the elastic modulus is 22~141cN/ Dtex, 2 to 3 times higher than nylon.

(6) Corrosion-resistant, bleach-resistant, oxidizing agents, hydrazines, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids, resistant to dilute alkali, not to mildew, but hot alkali can decompose.
